How we treat THE PLANET
Since 2019 we have partnered with Ecologi, a climate action service through which we can compensate our carbon footprint and fund climate projects.
Each month we pay for trees to be planted in a number of projects around the world. We have also contributed to initiatives such as wind turbines in Mexico and Vietnam, solar powered trains in India and hydroelectric power in the Himalayas.
Since then, through various initiatives and campaigns, we are proud to have planted over 6,300 trees.

How we treat our people
Inclusivity
Right from the beginning, The Call Business has taken a flexible, modern view of people management. We are woman-led; the MD and Founder, Andi Catt, was 51 when she started the business, so gender bias and ageism never stood a chance! There’s no glass ceiling; we are proud to boast an all-female board.
Flexibility
We operate a flexible, remote-working model. It’s not about clocking in and out with a stressful commute to start and end each day. It is about getting the job done and getting great results for our clients whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We’re a global team, so our people are based around the world, working in the local language and the local time zone. And we work hard on our internal comms, so the team feel connected.
Culture
We take an active interest in the overall wellness of our team and have established a forum on our intranet where they can share thoughts and ideas, and we can share advice and best practice. We’ve provided free access to online exercise classes and meditation. During the pandemic, we engaged a Consultant Clinical Psychologist to run workshops on ‘Coping with anxiety, ‘Sleep strategies and relaxation’, and ‘Planning your day to enhance wellbeing’.
